July 18, 2020 @ 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Danville Railroad Station
347 Peacham Road
VT 05828

The Village to Village group is hosting an open house at the Danville recycling center/old railroad station on July 18th from 12:30-2pm and hope you stop by!

The new advisory shoulder from the school driveway to the town garage drive will be installed on July 13th and will feature a wide single center lane with with two designated advisory shoulders to allow a safer ride from the rail trail to the town green and Hill Street businesses. The single center lane encourages cars to slow down on this stretch of road and the shoulders help keep walkers and bikers from having to walk in ditches or on our neighbors properties. This road demo will run through September. V2V encourages everyone to try out the new advisory shoulders and fill out our use survey for a chance to win prizes! We will also have some amazing produce boxes for the first 25 people to come through the railroad station (1 per family please).

Face Masks Required | 6ft Social Distancing | Entry to the Railroad Station will be limited as it is a small space.

  • The first 25 guests get a FREE fruit and veggie box to take home with fresh produce from Joe’s Brook Farm!
  • Park at the Danville Green and walk/ride to the station via the new advisory shoulder and provide your feedback! All those that fill out our advisory shoulder survey of use, will be entered to win one of two $25 giftcards to either Bentley’s Bakery or Three Ponds.
